@MonaApp I added a remote local timeline in the Communities tab and added it to my tab bar with a custom icon. Later, decided to remove it. Even after removing it from the Communities tab, it remains in my tab bar. This persisted through an app quit-relaunch. Running version 6 (46493) and iOS 17.4b.

@nik Hi, open the Tab Bar settings, select your custom tab, then you can remove it.

@MonaApp Yes, I’ve done that. But my expectation was that when I removed the server from the Communities tab, it would also be removed from my tab bar. It feels to me like a logical disconnect for it to remain in the tab bar and have to be removed separately. So I was checking with you to see if it’s working as designed or if it’s a bug.

Thank you for your reply.

@nik They are two different functions. You can add custom tabs to the tab bar without using the Communities function.

@nik You can add lists, posts, profiles, searches etc. to the tab bar.
