We're experiencing the first power outage since we installed our #photovoltaic system.
We've got 28% of the battery left and the panels are now producing 1 kW while the house is consuming 200 W (the heat pump is not backed up), so we're fine for the time being.
We wouldn't even notice the outage if the carpenters hadn't plugged the fridge into the socket for the oven that was not supposed to be backed up. 🤦
@Oskar456 TIL that I'd actually need some small UPS attached to the fuseboard. When switching from the on-grid mode to the backup mode and back there is a small outage for like half a second which devices such as PCs don't survive. Some UPS that would overcome this small outage would be welcome.
