I’m not going to name and shame
but I am going to name and praise:

The @w3c was hands down
the most pleasant job application I’ve done this year.

Clear job description with salary range ✔️​

No account creation required ✔️

No personalized essay or questionnaire required ✔️

No demanding of home address or phone number (why even ask that?) ✔️

They simply asked to send a resume and a cover letter by email 👍
