Peak California passive/aggressive: looking-up my 2011 iPad on the Apple store, to see if it's eligible for a trade-in.
"Your iPad is ready to recycle!" is all the UI says, after entering the serial number; so after reading a support article, that reverse-engineers to "You don't qualify. for a trade-in" Maybe just say as much, Apple? #UXfail
