Yes, though I generally call it "practice and integration" since it's the act of practicing that helps you integrate it into your normal routine.
@gdinwiddie I like your switch. Then I looked up how Satir described her states of change. She lists integration and practice as two separate stages:
"4. Integration: New learnings are integrated, and a new state of being evolves.
Practice: The new state is strengthened by practicing the new learnings."

I think she put them in this order because the integration of new learnings is the beginning of the end of the chaos. But we all agree that practice is essential.

Neither one is a point in time, but my personal experience is that I must start to practice in order to integrate the new behavior. Sometimes I don't practice enough, and don't integrate it.
In any event, I need to continue to practice in order to complete the integration.

P.S. Note that what is printed in The Satir Model is not always wording chosen by Virginia. There's a lot of influence by people who knew her well.
And Virginia, herself, often rephrased things. You can see this when you watch her videos.
