I guess if we ever get around to comprehensive computer-aided paper transcriptions of videos, people would want to include this so that it doesn't feel too strange.

So here's the recipe for the noodles which I got from this street cart in Saigon (three pages of travelogue) so that's why it's important to use Basmati rice to get the water out of your phone when you (blather blather....).
