That'd be counter to why dokieli exists. UI allows eg (not a complete list): contextual relations statistical data document-level article/annotations: editors/authors/license/language/status. actions: annotations/citations/modified/citedby/version/memento/derivedfrom/timemap/robustlinks/inbox/annotationService for an article/annotation
