@fabiocosta0305 I remember a lot of Canadian Aid. We sent Police in past uprisings and rebuilt homes destroyed by natural disasters.
The USA can't even manage Puerto Rico and it's theirs.

@fabiocosta0305 It's the American thing to do. I've never understood how a country with so much internal strife, wants to promote that way of life in countries that don't want their help?
