@santiago I was not claiming Russia was invading its neighbors because of communism; bc that would be stupid. My argument is that the US with all its hypocrisy and self serving double standards does still enable Europe to be effectively free from this neighbor that is a really really shitty neighbor regardless of whether it is communist or capitalist at any given time. Ask people in Eastern Europe about how grand being occupied for 50 years was for their respective countries compared to today.
