Dr. Tyler Nordgren is an astronomer and arguably the world's best-known eclipse artist — he's Night Sky Ambassador to America’s National Parks and creates the travel posters for U.S. communities and parks in the path of solar eclipse totality. Observer talked to him about his passion for sharing the beauty of the night sky. “Solar eclipses create a great intersection of science, history, art, myth and awe,” he explained, telling the publication that his connection with space started the day he was born, the day Apollo 12 landed on the moon.
