The Telegraph said that there were a number of four wheel drives and trucks up for grabs. Who could benefit more from those vehicles than a nearby civilian emergency service in a war torn, invaded country?! This guy…this guy …does not know how to schmooze. How can a mayor of one of the largest cities in the world not know how to schmooze his way into a public relations bonanza? The optics of donating trucks for potential ambulances could have been amazing for him.
