Artillery has been a significant factor in the conflict, accounting for about 80 percent of the casualties. Murdering Ukrainians and destroying towns, cities, schools, hospitals, power plants, and energy infrastructure.
Update: Russia is firing a staggering 20,000 artillery rounds per day, US reports, while Ukraine is firing 7,000 rounds daily.
That's not counting mortar shells, mines, grenades, and many millions of rifle cartridges a month!
