I am nearly ready to delete my Google Account. The 1 thing taking forever is changing my e-mail address on all my many accounts.
Google's new Terms of Service, you agree Google AI may access all your content (email, photos, etc.). While they do not claim ownership of your content, you agree they can use it.
I have DELETED my Google Account and am now Google free. Using both Next DNS and Port Master, I am also activity blocking Google, both on the DNS level and locally.
It is easier than you think. The hard part was changing (updating) my e-mail with all my many accounts (I used Tuta for e-mail). That took some time. Finding replacement apps was also a lot easier than I thought it would be.
@Linux@dan_lerch Ouch, I still remember that pain. Reason why it took me about 4 months even if I didn't have important data in account. And some services required contact with customer support to do it.
@Linux Which email service(s) can you recommend, that don't result in messages finding their way into spam, because they don't have secret 'trust only gmail' flag?
