Does anyone else have the problem where you use #Amazon’s “Subscribe and Save” to have something delivered monthly, but then when you’re expecting it, it’s out of stock?

How does that happen? I literally told you I want this thing way ahead of time. Why can’t you use that information to plan your stock?

This happens way too often, IME.

@ramsey Happened to me all the time with cat litter. After not getting it more than half the time I stopped the subscription

@grmpyprogrammer @ramsey That's literally the exact issue we had, where it just wouldn't have the cat litter available, so we just cancelled them.

Only thing it ever did keep up with, was Monin Vanilla Coffee Syrup, which is why I still have like 5 bottles of it.

@ramsey the same way Ubers "schedule a ride" doesn't guarantee a ride, it's just a cron job to automatically look for a ride at the scheduled time.

Profit maximising greed is a shit UX

@ramsey yep. same happens to me regularly. I also don't get it …
