As the western world works more and more towards the time when most people will be renters, the enmity against landlords will just continue to grow.

Read some Insta comments and you already see people holding up landlords as an example of greed and inequity just as much as they do CEOs and the ultra-rich.

The new feudalism is almost here. Just outside the door... That you can no longer afford to own.

At Nancy Fest this weekend, a celebration of the comic strip Nancy’s heyday under Ernie Bushmiller (1905–1982, produced strip 1925–1982), Ernie's late-in-life best friend Jim Carlsson attended and was consulted (sometimes live from stage) for more details about Ernie! A dapper gent whom Ernie and his wife, Abby—who had no children—relied on in their later years, and now an antiques appraiser, he was able to express how much he knew Ernie would have loved it.

Some of the Libertarians booed Trump, so he retaliated like the spoiled adolescent that he is and insulted them all.

@hotdogsladies The switch to room sound/reverb on the tom section is something else. It threatens to bury the vocals. I imagine there must have been a lot of "are you sure?" around that decision.
