We've got the website back up and running on the newer version of Mastodon. I'm just updating the content processing now and then I'll get the other web server updated so we have our scale and resiliency back online.
One of the fall-outs of sorts from the maintenance this morning is it's identified a fairly significant storage issue across our servers. Right now there isn't a huge amount I can realistically do other than invest a lot of money in more servers (And that's not entirely financially viable with the current state of donations from here and Universeodon (And it impacts both)).
There seem to be some folks that missed the announcements, my apologies to you all. We have an ongoing challenge on how to notify people of maintenance here and across our services without doing huge e-mail blasts.

Question on @ivory should I get notification badges on both iPhone and Mac? I presume so but no matter how I change the settings I get no badge count on the Mac?
I had some things I needed to print before work tomorrow, but I can't add the printer. MacOS doesn't have drivers and Canon don't appear to publish any drivers.
Why can no manufacturer invent a printer that "just works" and continues to "just work" for the following 5 years.
Hi all, sorry I have not posted recently. Last Friday was a horrific day and I’ve only just felt like normality is coming back.
While attempting to get the kids from school during #StormBabet we got caught in a flash flood and lost our little car. We were rescued by tractor and the kids thankfully collected by a friend until we could reach them the next day.
The incredible kindness of strangers was the one positive thing I will never forget.

@MonaApp Over the last few updates to Mona the sync between my Mac and the iPhone seems to fail on a regular basis. Is there any way to force a sync to take place?
It seems that cloud sync from Mac to iPhone works pretty well, but sync from the iPhone back to the Mac hardly ever seems to happen.
Also could the issue be compounded with me also installed Mona on to two iPads (which Hardly use)?
Any help appreciated.
@MonaApp More testing today. Got up to date in Mona on the Mac at home. Went in to town for a coffee. Mona on the iPhone sync’ed with iCloud and restored my position. Got up to date. Came home and despite opening Mona on the Mac (and leaving it for 20 minutes), there was no iCloud timeline position restoration.
iCloud sync dialogue on the Mac shows as attached.

Looking good! Took an hour to charge, another hour waiting for the update to download and install, then another 30 mins syncing from backup and setting things up.
