I’m having a super lazy day. I’ve got homework for my life coaching process but I’ll do it tomorrow in a deep work session. Right now I’m just lying around on the sofa snuggling with the cat. I don’t even need to cook tonight as we’ve bought dinner.

Been for a walk into town to buy bread. At the end of our street there are some wild strawberry plants, there was one teeny, tiny fruit ready which I plucked and ate, such a delicate flavour! Around the corner is a wild rose bush, it smells heavenly right now. A rewarding trip.

Up early, I’ve meditated at dawn, designed a card for my dad, had breakfast and now I’m snuggling with the cat. I’ll go out for a run at 7am. The intention I set for the day is to move through it with grace and ease. Good morning!

In bed, scrolling the socials. I just watched the first episode of a Netflix show with Tom, it was…bad. He will watch any nonsense to pass the time, I would rather be on Mastodon than watch crap TV. To me, that’s much more of a waste of time than gaining little insights into other people’s worlds

Evening folks! I had a grand day out with my bestie and some other friends turned up at the theatre to watch 42nd Street. Never seen such rapid foot tapping! The musical has a lot of familiar songs and was very humorous. I would say, light on plot, strong on glamour. Tired now and looking forward to my bed.

Honestly I am so tired that if I hadn’t already paid for the tickets I would tell my friend I can’t go today. But she is on her way to pick me up, and we’ve got a brunch booking for 12pm. I want to go back to sleep so badly I’m close to tears

Good morning! I ended up falling asleep on the sofa even though dawn was breaking. Tom came down at 7am and found me sleeping in full daylight with the blinds open. I went up to bed and slept some more, I think I’d still be asleep now if I wasn’t going out. How did you sleep?

Just remembered that it’s Saturday, which is a fun filled day! My bestie’s picking me up and taking for brunch in a great cafe and a live broadcast of 42nd Street direct from the West End to the theatre in Cardigan. Really looking forward to it!

Feeling really anxious and freaked out in a way that I haven’t done for weeks. Suspect it’s purely because there is more lurasidone in my system due to timing of meal and meds. Knowing it’s drug-induced helps a little, but it’s still a horrible experience.

We started feeding Miss Cinnamon a pouch of wet food instead her usual diet of just biscuits as she seemed a little constipated and we wanted to up her fluid intake. WTF is in Sheba? She goes crazy for it and demands more. She’s learned the word really quickly too

We had a really nice evening at the pub with our close friends, some of whom we hadn’t seen since my birthday party 7 weeks ago, even though they live in our tiny town. They have an incredibly hectic social life, they’re in their late 60s but they’re hardly ever at home. Inspirational? Or exhausting?

Ugh, I’m so tired but I can’t sleep. Too much on my mind! I think I’ll have a bath and then get dressed to go out. Not dressy-dressed, it’s only a local pub, but it’s nice to feel well turned out
