The downside of using my own ECS implementation is that every week or so I need to fix an increasingly notorious low-level object lifetime / caching / etc bug

Though, I knew exactly what I'm signing up to

@tk the only thing i can think of to suggest is to grab https://github.com/gabomdq/SDL_GameControllerDB/blob/master/gamecontrollerdb.txt and put it i think in the same folder with the exe file

otherwise im kind of out of ideas and dont really know how to help fix this

cant get over the fact that we chose kitsune tails cause we felt it was well scoped and we could do it in a reasonable timeframe yet by the time it comes out it will have been well over 4 years since preproduction began

i mean there was the pandemic and then there was the moving out of the US state that was rapidly going fash and to europe and suffering one or several minor nervous breakdowns and that probably did slow things down some but i doubt we could've clocked in much under 3 years

I unironically love when people refer to harsh vocals as "unclean singing", and most specifically to themselves/others as "unclean singers".

Yes mate, we've all known some of them, for multiple definitions of that term.

how the fuck you're supposed to type an emdash or a trademark symbol, without either using the emoji keyboard for a TM, or copy-pasting it in from elsewhere?

alt+ doesn't work anymore, it hasn't for years, aaaaaaaa (also I don't have 10key, who has the desk space for that anymore)

Have just found out in English the sheets of pasta in lasagna are called "lasagna noodles" even though they are not noodle shaped at all. I even checked the dictionary definition of noodle which is quite specific about it not including sheets

In Dutch they are called lasagna leaves or lasagna sheets. Cause that's what they are. Cause they're not noodles. Cause they're not noodle shaped

How do you feel about this?

Edit: apparently this is an American thing not necessarily an English thing

@foo i mean you can transliterate it to leaves but paper sheets are also "leaves" so, i think you can translate it to sheets if you wanted to
