Am I the only one who wishes that would assist with Directory.Packages.props and Directory.Build.props files structure? I always have to search for this when starting up a new project.

@khalidabuhakmeh I’m surprised #Rider doesn’t have this functionality

@khalidabuhakmeh You guys have such a phenomenal product that I’m honestly surprised when you don’t have a feature. I blame your amazing team 🤣

The #JetBrainsRider integration with #GodotEngine is pretty awesome when writing your games in #csharp. There's a little Godot icon that lets you launch the Godot editor.

dprice,
@dprice@fosstodon.org avatar

@khalidabuhakmeh I’ve never used Godot but every time I use Rider, it always pleasantly surprises me. One thing that I wish it did was show when you have a nuget package imported twice - once as a package reference and once as a package.config style. Visual studio shows a little yellow triangle warning icon in the references to show this. It’s one of the only things that it does better than Rider

First trip with an “AirFly.” Absolutely fantastic. Using my AirPods to watch the movie on the plane. (And abusing the power with the Anker power strip) https://amzn.to/49ed3W3

Hey #JetBrainsRider users, stay tuned for a new feature in the next few days. I won't spoil it, but I'm playing around with it now, and I think it's bonkers. It's going to be incredible for #dotnet devs.

@khalidabuhakmeh I’m not surprised at the quality of the plugins but rather I just never thought those technologies were that popular

Today was a huge milestone. I completed over six weeks (33 sessions) of radiation for HPV-based cancer in the back of my mouth. I was very lucky that it was caught relatively early so it easily categorized as stage one and being HPV-based cancer. I’m also relatively in good shape and have never been a smoker. There were also many hurdles. The first being locked down to the table every treatment by the yellow mask I’m holding in the picture that was heated and form fitted to my head.

Tokyo: Ghostwire is a very disappointing game. It has the atmosphere and technical chops, but all the worst parts of a Ubisoft game.

Fetch quests, a map with the same padded and tired missions, bad sneak mechanics.

The greatest sin of all is that the main gameplay loop is just not fun.

Do not recommend it. I won't be finishing this game.

The predictive in for developers is pretty awesome. Rather than doing mental gymnastics, you can see potential values from branching paths.

I just learned that #JetBrainsRider #git integration can check your remotes on a timed interval for any changes that might conflict with your current work.

This is helpful if you work in high-traffic areas of your codebase or heading off potential issues of double work.

Does anyone have this enabled? #dotnet

@khalidabuhakmeh I've been using Rider (and Intellij years ago) for while a while (including eaps) and just when I think I've found everything, you show other amazing features. Does that development team ever sleep?
