Thanks. I will try this. My air fryer is a combination toaster oven / convection oven / air fryer, which means there is not enough room to hang the bacon as you described.

+1 for crispy bacon. I just returned from Europe, where they believe in undercooked bacon.

I have a George Foreman grill with raised beams. I have not tried it with bacon. Maybe I will give that a go, as well.
