Thinking of building a web page that I can permanently put as “status” to indicate that I prefer email — like https://nohello.net but actually saying I prefer email for anything that doesn’t require immediate attention and/or has multiple topics and/or things we need to be searchable and/or shouldn’t be buried under other fleeting topics

I now understand the push to have this on browsers instead of each site & app enforcing a custom dark mode

  • of course it would be good to have sites & apps be able to override it, but having the base experience on the browser would be good (for devs & users)

@cory yeah indie is the way to go, I think. In the Philippines we have some artists who came together to start their own publisher/label names. They don’t have the capital for marketing as other big labels but at least they get most for what they produce.
