@TechConnectify Sorry for being "the idea guy", but since I'm seeing more and more people and even companies referring to all rubber dome switches as "membranes", you might want to clear up the confusion around the two.

A really great addition to the search functionality, particularly on small/one-person instances, would be an option to specify which instances will be included.

Does this sound feasible?

@stefan one another good feature would be the collapsing of reposts of the same post into one, or at least not reload it to the feed within a certain timeframe. While I'm glad for someone if they're popular, sometimes those popular posts can become a bit spammy...

Why are Windows users so stupid, why do I get people in my comments telling me how great Windows 7 still is in 2023. There is literally no rational argument to be running Windows 7, feel free to make one, but hot take, I will never encourage people to run an EOL operating system

@nixCraft What if I'm having problem with the Windows API? I'm forced to use Windows (I can't just scream "Switch to Linux" to gamers), and I still haven't figured out how does the RAWINPUT API actually work, and why I'm getting null as device handles every time. At least WASAPI is better than the utter trainwreck that is ALSA.

Today I replaced my previous main #gamecontroller with this one. It has hall effect sensors for the sticks and the triggers, so it won't break very soon (at least not those).

I'm not confident that they'll renew my job contract after the end of the month, so I'm looking for a better alternative. I'm mainly a software dev ( preferred), but I also can do some writing, translation between English and Hungarian, social media management and moderation, and many more (after conversation). Remote preferred, and only can work remotely for the first few months (relocation within EU can be done).
