Anyone have a good tag for this kind of floating obstacle course and slides etc? I found a handful while reviewing various water skiing features. To keep track of them, I tagged it as leisure=aquapark but definitely don't think that's the optimal tagging.

Naturalmente, le immagini vengono aggiunte a OSM. Il vantaggio di OsmAnd è che posso vedere in anticipo i servizi igienici pubblici, le stazioni di ricarica, i parchi giochi, ecc. Per questo motivo carico il maggior numero di foto possibile.

From the screenshot² below, it's something like an arty zebra (or "continental") crossing, and I saw minimal use of crossing:markings=artwork in , and taggable with crossing:markings=yes.

I wonder how you folks might tag it.

No matter where I get out of the car, bus, train, or from which door I walk out onto the street, I always find something to map or add data to #openstreetmap
Yesterday only wanted to take 1 picture of a charging station. The result was 1 parking, 2 benches, 1 information board, surface, letterbox, bus stop checked, 3 opening times and another 5 pictures taken. Today linking Wikipedia, -data and websites.
A moment quickly turns into 1hour and more at the PC. Image how busy after holidays

Openstreetmap is a collaborative work. Someone has mapped every single car park here. Someone else has mapped the buildings and house numbers. I mapped the missing POI while we were travelling through and my +1 was shopping. Everyone can make a small contribution.
Let's make a better map.

Almost exactly 5 years ago I uploaded the first image on wikimedia to be shown in OsmAnd App. It's interesting to see pictures in a map. I didn't think the images would be of interest to others. Out of almost 400 images, 200+ are in OSM, 24 in Wikidata. 5 images in Wikivoyage. 21 in Wikipedia DE, 12 in Wikipedia JA, 14 in other Wikipedias. Thanks everyone who categorised better my pictures and quickly corrected my typos.

OK, this was way more fun than I expected! 😝

Ich hatte noch nie Probleme mit dem Deutschlandticket obwohl schon mehrmals erst kurz vor Monatsende pausiert. Aber vielleicht liegt es daran dass ich es statt über die Bahn bei Mopla gekauft habe.

  1. ÖPNV billiger wäre
  2. Wenn er öfters fahren würde. Dabei meine ich nicht nur die Frequenz sondern auch weniger Ausfälle.

Einfach mal in den letzten gut 10 Jahren den Hauptstrassen rechts und links Fahrspuren wegnehmen, Buergersteige breiter machen, Radwege anlegen & an jedem 2. Block eine Leihrad-Station platzieren.

In Taichung meine nicht gerade billige Spiegelreflex an einer Hauptstraße auf dem Rollersitz vergessen. Nach 4 Stunden lag sie immer noch da.

Du kannst Buecher spenden, die dann an oeffentliche Buechereien, Schulen und Co. gehen.

Ich habe das 49,- Ticket mir bei Mopla geholt. Warum?

  1. Bis Ende Mai kostet das nur 39.-
  2. Man kann es kurz vor Monatsende kündigen, nicht wie sonst zum 10ten.
  3. Es ist auch möglich das Ticket 3 Monate zu pausieren.
  4. Es hat von Anfang an alles reibungslos funktioniert im Gegensatz zu anderen Anbietern.

Why?
Because the value is already long enough.

What is the use of it?
When hiking, i can see whether the diversion to the next vending machine at the farm is worthwhile, or i don't have the appropriate coins with me. Of course this applies also to parking tickets machine and public toilets.

Kleine Seen mit Ruderbooten gehen ja immer & irgendwie haette ich sowas auch gerne in #Taipei

Moin #Mastodon und euch allen einen gesunden Start in die neue Woche. 3 Tage #Taichung waren ein wunderbarer Ausgleich zur wuseligen Hauptstadt... auch wenn es rein wettertechnisch nicht die ganze Zeit hingehauen hat.

Oder wie es Juergen Wegmann sagen wuerde: erst hatten wir kein Glueck und dann kam auch noch Pech hinzu!

In dem Park kann man es lange aushalten. Ruderboot fahren, den Schildkröten beim Scwimmen beobachten, oder den alten zuschauen bei Ihren Brettspielen. Und Wlan dürfte es immer noch geben.
