Finished recording the Otaku in Review Preview show with @station .

@mdmrn I have some GBA games I plan to revisit (GOLDEN SUN) and considering doing some Pokemon Yellow speedrunning.

But also I'm going to install some of the third party cores and use it as a portable NES/SNES/Genesis. So it's going to get a lot of love.

I have the SuperNT and the MegaSG and love them.. but also the analogue pocket and the dock is a retro gaming monster.

@mdmrn Their other hardware has always allowed you to run third party cores, like emulating SegaCD hardware on the MegaSG.

But Analogue developed their own OS for the pocket that provides tools to help create custom FPGA cores. Users have developed cores for pretty much anything that can use the button layout.
