@VaryIngweion en los 80 es lo que nos enseñaron nuestros padres cuando íbamos a la playa. Al final del día recogíamos y dejábamos nuestro alrededor más limpio de lo que lo encontramos al llegar.

@andrewblasco @fbpsy ejemplo, mis padres. Para ellos ser vegetariano o vegano es comer lechuga. Tengo un problema con la boca y mi madre me trajo ayer verdura asada - sin la carne que ellos había comido. Estuve a nada de decirle "mamá, ESTO es un plato vegano, sin esforzarte en que no sea algo insípido" pero no tenía fuerzas para otra charla que no lleva a ningún lado.

@fbpsy @andrewblasco ¡tal cual! Me acuerdo muchas veces cuando en la adolescencia mi madre nos hacía un bocadillo "vegetal" (eso pero con pan). Y ahora lo pienso y 🤦‍♀️
Igual que la vigilia. Es no comer carne pero lo sustituyen por pescado, ni se les pasa por la cabeza una opción vegetariana o vegana con cualquier receta "normal"

    @Ransil Gracias por contestar! No sabía que demisexual tiene que ver con lo asexual. Creía que la atracción conociendo a la otra persona acababa o no en relaciones pero no tienes relaciones sexuales sin conocer a la otra persona. Qué confundida estoy con todos estos términos. Y asexual no tienes relaciones pero no quiere decir que no sientas atracción por otras personas no?
    Trato de leer y entender pero me parece muy extenso y no siempre comprendo cuando una persona tiene varias "etiquetas"

    Es que hay gente que "agresión sexual", "abuso de poder" les suena desproporcionado porque son actos tan cotidianos y normalizados que no los asocian con eso y menos con algunas personas.

    Today I'm practicing to actually refer to having PEM as being sick (Post Exertion Malaise). And not refer to it as "just PEM". PEM is some serious shit, cause it's pretty much an autoimmune reaction.

    You are sick when you get PEM, don't diminish that. 💚

    @maloki @CyruxiME well done! I say to my doctors that #PESE (for #LongCovid) is better than #PEM (for #MyalgicEncephalomielitis). Everybody understand 'Post-Exertional ⚠️Symptom Exacerbation⚠️' or I can explain to people that all symptoms get worse after an effort (exacerbation). 'Post-Exertional Malaise' is often severe enough to be disabling, and is triggered by ordinary activities as we know. 'Malaise' is VERY vague for that. Always minimising #MEcfs

    One of the most under-used features of Mastodon is audio. You can attach audio files to your posts, they can be in MP3, OGG, WAV, FLAC, AAC, M4A or 3GP formats. They can be any length, as long as the file size is under 40 megabytes (some servers may have even higher limits).

    I've attached an example audio file to this post, you should be able to play it on most interfaces and apps.
