New Trajectools 2.1 and MovingPandas 0.18 releases
Today marks the 2.1 release of #Trajectools for #QGIS. This release adds multiple new algorithms and improvements. Since some improvements involve upstream #MovingPandas functionality, I recommend to also update MovingPandas while you're at it.
AGU has funding to help "faculty from typically under-resourced institutions, such as Emerging Research Institutions (ERIs), Minority Serving Institutions (MSIs), and community colleges (2YCs)" attend this year's Fall meeting!

With the #QGIS Grant Programme 2023, we were able to support four proposals in the first round and an additional two proposals through the second round that are aimed to improve the QGIS project, including software, infrastructure, and documentation. The following reports summarize the work performed in the proposals.

Today's post is a #QGISServer update. It's been a while (12 years 😵) since I last posted about QGIS Server. It would be an understatement to say that things have evolved since then, not least due to the development of Docker which, Wikipedia tells me, was released 11 years ago. There have been multiple Docker images for QGIS Server provided by QGIS Community members over the years.

@underdarkGIS your tool is also proving handy in looking at GPS/GNSS spoofing affecting AIS. This is not final, but shows any one hour trajectories in the Black Sea with a speed over 15 knots in red). Positions are being spoofed onto land to the airport of Crimea’s capital. #gischat
