Disappointed in Small Town Monsters content. They totally went downhill by overdoing it. They used to have good stories, but the featured people and content now are really bad. Worse, it’s boring. #fortean#cryptids
I get annoyed when people use anachronistic examples to lend support to their dubious claims.
The coelacanth and platypus were not #Cryptids because the concept didn't exist yet. Rocks falling from the sky was not #Fortean phenomenon before they were called meteorites.
Times change. Precise definitions matter. Don't cheat when you have lousy evidence.
So so so so so so so so bored of UFO stuff. I'm also bored with ghosts and most cryptids. I think I've reached #Fortean saturation. If there is nothing legitimately new, it's uninteresting. The evidence keeps getting worse and the clickbait "news" sites are insulting dumb.
Reading now. Interesting, good research, decent editing, but has some major issues. Also, hard to get, oversized (at 1100+ pages !!!), and overpriced. #Bigfoot#popcryptid#fortean
Could the cryptozoologists just do the decent thing and find the elusive creature known as '#KateMiddleton'? At this stage, I suspect she is purely mythological, and a blank slate upon which our present culture projects its fears and suppressed desires.
