Canadian punk drummer Jon Card, who played with D.O. A., SNFU, The Subhumans and Personality Crisis, died on Monday in Vancouver. Here's a tribute to him from The Georgia Straight's Mike Usinger, who spoke to D.O.A. frontman Joe Keithley about his experiences of working with Card. “It was like playing with Buddy Rich,” Keithley says. “He would go completely out of control, and then he’d just land perfectly on time.” You can also see footage of Card drumming with D.O.A for "The Prisoner."
