Out of the ones I’ve heard I would recommend DeathCollector, I reviewed their debut EP and they’ve followed it up well and their drummer is ex Bolt Thrower. @derthomas Immortal is definitely a great journey to go on, especially because you can hear the Motörhead influence compared to other #BlackMetal bands
Ostatnio znowu słuchałem sporo "nowej" muzyki, bo warto dopytywać znajomych i eksplorować różne zespoły - a nuż trafi się coś ciekawego. I może połów nie był obfity, ale na pewno o kilku zespołach warto wspomnieć.
Sól án varma - nowy twór islandzkiej sceny, która słynie z mrocznej ściany dźwięku. I tak jest też tutaj, zwłaszcza, że część członków zespołu to jednocześnie muzycy grupy Misþyrming, a więc najbardziej znanej z tej wyspy. Nowy projekt to na razie jedna koncepcyjna płyta, w której przerwy między 12 utworami są umowne i praktycznie cały czas mamy blackowo-doomowe otaczające nas melodie. Dla mnie to było trochę zbyt ambientowe, ale myślę, że warto sprawdzić.
Horda i album "Form". Po prostu dobry polski (z Tarnowa) black metal albo raczej blackened death metal. Nieźle się tego słucha i muszę zobaczyć, co wcześniej wykombinowali.
Carpathian Forest - uwierzcie lub nie, ale nie słuchałem wcześniej tego znanego zespołu. I żałuję, bo to naprawdę świetny i nie taki do końca poważny norweski black metal, który czasowo i duchowo plasuje się w latach 90. Niespecjalnie trafia do mnie ten okres, ale tutaj naprawdę dobrze się "bawiłem". Może dlatego, że tematyka jest ciut inna niż szmatanizm.
The Dillinger Escape Plan - nieistniejący już amerykański metalcore. Dla mnie bardzo nierówny (przeplata spokojniejsze wrzmienia w totalnym wariactwem), ale nie mogę odmówić im porządnego "darcia mordy" i bardzo... efektownych, wręcz szalonych występów na żywo. Szczególnie bazujących na utworach z "Calculating Infinity".
Profeci - #poznań-ski black metal, który zrobił na mnie bardzo dobre wrażenie. Panowie grają od 2018 roku, a od 2020 wydali już trzy płyty, z których ostatnia ("Ubóstwo") jest naprawdę dobra. Kapela umie wytworzyć atmosferę, a wokal, mimo że nie jest typowym growlem, dosyć mi się podobał. Co do stylu (szczególnie właśnie wokalnego), to mimo innego nurtu, miałem skojarzenia z zespołem Kres.
Death/black metal bands: it's totally okay to NOT record that ambient/instrumental thing you're thinking about opening the album (or making the intro within the first song) with.

Here's mine. The bands here are a weird mix, but I listen to some of these almost daily. Many are SUPER catchy, and some I've mentioned on here before. (Warning: some brutal metal/odd cover art/song titles, etc are here, too).
