I haven't been to #Phoenix much the last few years and I'm still always surprised, and cannot stress how different it is from #Tucson, which is odd for cities less than 2 hours apart.
But then most of the cities in #AZ seem to have a different vibe.
Blanca Paloma gave an extraordinary vocal performance, and I loved the new violin intro. Unfortunately, however, I just can't really connect with this song. Maybe it does well with the juries but I can't see how it fares well with the public vote.
I loved "Tell Me More" immediately when I heard it, and since then I've rapidly gone off it. It's utterly derivative. The harmonies in London left a lot to be desired (which is a problem when you're basically a beatles-harmony-play). NQ I expect.
When I first moved to Arizona 13 years ago, I was fascinated with the West and the desert. I had always seen photos of it, but growing up on the east coast, I had no idea how strange and different it was out here.
