We've counted up all your donations from May and it totalled a huge £129.50!
This month we're putting your donations towards some bike repair items (to make life easier for poor Ben!), a Dremel tool, consumables, and of course to pay for next month's parking (fingers crossed the councillor we're talking to changes that soon 🤞🏽).
A very damp walk today surveying rights of way across St Mary Hill in Vale of Glamorgan. Blocked routes aplenty and damaged stiles all reported. These under walked routes will completely disappear over the next few years - use them or lose them. #ValeOfGlamorgan#RightsOfWay#Cerdded#Wales#Cymru
This month saw us provide a mobile repair cafe(!) to 10th Barry Guides to save their broken tables from landfill.
Several tables were successfully fixed there and then (6 needed realignment of some plastic clips together with some silicone lubricant), and two were brought home to be cobbled together into one good one.
Another successful fix for our volunteers - well done!
