Today was the last session of the "pole in heels" introduction course I attended.
After dancing on my sandals for half an hour I was even able to wear my boots 🥰
I will stick to pole fitness for the time being but book a heels class every now and then. It's a lot of fun and needs different muscle groups. #pole#poledance#menwhopole
