I've planned this week's post outline properly now, so getting a bit of brain downtime and need to transition between games/mindsets.
So, I'm just exploring the latest supporter pack in #LOTRO.
It includes a Tom Bombadil-style skipping movement, but in walking mode, it allows you to use either the built-in staff or, if you're a Lore-master, your actual staff.
That spider is a skin-changing humanoid, you're quite right. 🕷️ :blobcatshocked:
I am, in fact, fighting with a pitch-fork. I wanted a different cosmetic, but many of the quirky ones are for staves or axes, and so far this is one of the few I've found that work with 2-handed swords.
I still want #LOTRO to let us carry our shields on our backs when not in use, but apparently the mystery of that has been lost through the Ages...at least in this world.
Just a quick note to #LOTRO-ers. I've re-read, changed, corrected and etcetera'd my Anniversary guide.
Because stuff like this is so huge, there's always a chance I've missed things. If you spot typos, tpyos or stuff that's blatantly not accurate, please let me know.
Getting my head around the transition between house things, then finishing up some festival dailies in #LOTRO took ages.
Wasn't helped by getting distracted by my own brain into putting a depth of focus in this screenshot. Unlike FFXIV, #ReShade can't do DOF in LOTRO 99.9% of the time (the occasional fluke, but rarely). But doing DOF manually is so laborious!
