What’s a good #Sharkey client on #iOS? It almost seemed like I was able to log into my instance on #IceCubes but it kept just pushing me back after the consent release. The #PWA works really, really well though and is actually better looking vs #Firefish.
@sammycola yea and I don't mind the wait since the PWA's honestly really good (esp coming from FF), its push notifications work perfectly and it has pull to refresh.
Have you tried #Kimis? I've used it for a bit a while back and it's pretty good and reliable for the most part. Simple, but looks pretty to me. It supports emote reacts too if I remember correctly.
@kainoa ah; I had a feeling. That's cool. It is just a neat tool. And, as far as mobile apps go, so far it appears that #Kimis is the best, for now.
Thank you! I appreciate you, truly. Will have to send some $ your way.
So, these are my #fediverse accounts.
I added my calckey account also to the #mastodon app. Which I was able to to, but didn’t really work out. Then I found out that #Kimis works well with #calckey
Now I want to remove my calckey from the #MastodonApp but of course want to keep my calckey account. Does anyone know how to do that, because I fear I have made the app a bit laggy.
The admin for misskey.io has put out a call for people to apps for Misskey that work with both iOS and Android. They offer a bounty of 800k Yen (~€ 5350) per person for building these apps.
The Japanese #fediverse community is growing rapidly, mainly using Misskey. Misskey.io is now by far the busiest server on the fediverse, publishing twice the amount of posts/month that mastodon.social does (while m.s. has 6x more users!)
So, looking at three #Misskey clients on the Mac so far, those being #Kimis#missririca (also on Android) and #Misscat, all of them if running on a Mac using #Voiceover (where Kimis is a Mac exclusive), all three of them have some issue or another at the moment.
