Been catching up on all the Marigold stuff. Fields Forever was a fun event with one very MEH match. Kouki is one of my new faves! Bozilla was a crazy surprise, with the crowd getting behind her. Speaking of the crowd, they've been LIT!
Even moving on to Grand Open Wars shows, the crowd has continued to bring a passion that Stardom crowds are lacking at times.
I like that the camera work in match has the Stardom feel, and some of the presentation seems to incorporate Cyberfight, and TJPW in particular.
I think the promotion has amazing potential, and they already have 4 rookies in the works. Rossy still has it, and Marigold is looking bright!
After a brief time away, the Setouichi Sisters, Miya Yotsuba and Nonoka Seto, are back and they are teaming with Erii Kanae to take on the evil goblin that trained them, Mei Suruga, her best bro Baliyan Akki, and the Queen of Comaneci Kirihara Tokiko. Plus the candy-craving Kuishinbo Kamen celebrates his 25th anniversary by taking on the only person with the same sugar high as she is Chie Koishikawa #ChocoPro#JapaneseWrestling#Joshi#Wrestling#ProWrestlinghttps://youtu.be/kzjVOenZpQU?si=b2-CgQjP1mXIbe1o
Talent from Actwresgirlz (AWG) abruptly left the promotion 3 days ago then showed up at the MARIGOLD press conference at the last minute to join forces with Rossy.
Well, it will be interesting to see how the domestic fans respond, whether they are cynical towards Rossy's tactics, or simply want to continue supporting joshi and/or the STARDOM/AWG alumni now under his purview.
@MibIH so Fuku posted on Twitter about her side of what happened. Based on her events, Rossy didn't poach, she approached him. It's in Japanese, but I found Google's translator worked fine
