The #mRNA that #Moderna developed has a new technology at its hard, #CRISPR, that made those revolution possible. DNA is cut up with incredible precision so that parts of the DNA can be removed or new parts inserted.

However, lucky for humanity, I am not aware of any country where this is possible: "a future society driven by eugenics where potential children are conceived through genetic selection to ensure they possess the best hereditary traits of their parents."
