Quick game of #7Wonders Architects with Medals expansion. Love the fact that this game is indeed "quick" - my wife & I completed in 25 min after getting the kids to bed. And I lost by just 2 points! 😥
My wife and I played #7Wonders Architects for the first time this weekend. We enjoy the flagship as well as Duel; after a few plays determined Architects is a much lighter experience - in a good way.
The easy setup, quick rules onboarding (a massive challenge in standard 7 Wonders), and short play time made this a win when you have that itch for 7W. I would equate it to the small city editions of #TicketToRide regarding similar use case. #boardgame#boardgames
Broke out 7 Wonders Duel for the first time today. Super engaging 2 player game with not much of a learning curve. I've got to imagine that most board gamers out there are familiar with it, but if not, this definitely gets my recommendation!
I'll be interested to see what the replay value is like in future games, there are different ways to win and a varied assortment of cards each time should allow for some randomness to the outcomes.
