@DrGeof I agree. The visitors are often neighbors or people who haven’t read up on our house, so are surprised at the price or lack of pool, etc. The realtors are the only real hope.
@DrGeof We’ve packed so gradually that we don’t really need breaks. I love doing it, to be honest. It’s soothing. We’re nearly done with the POD already. POD #2 comes next week for the furniture.
I hate having to kill 3+ hours with Hammy. There’s nowhere to go for that long that doesn’t get boring or tiring.
I understand all too well. After that experience I did not think I would ever buy another house. But watching how rentals have skyrocketed hereabouts, I'm glad I listened to my smarter spouse.
