- Airlines MUST give a refund for canceled or significantly changed flights
- Includes 3h domestic delay, 6h int'l delay, different airport routing, downgraded seats, loss of disability accessibility
- Refund must be automatic, prompt, and for the full amount of unused ticket
- Starts this fall
