A VERY positive take on the Colorado judgment to allow #tfg on the ballot. Regardless of this court’s decision, it would be appealed, and every court above the trial court MUST pay deference to the trial judge’s finding of fact, which is Trump Engaged in Insurrection.
Higher courts will now freshly interpret the law and apply the law to the facts of this finding. That is the MOST important thing the trial judge could have done.
