Support from knowledgeable and intelligent quarters.
An ability to organise a large number of Repub Reps.
An ability to hold a procedural goal in mind for more than one circuit of the goldfish bowl.
It's one thing for these folk to smear kaka on the walls , things get much worse if they succeed in organising.
