Sounds like you might be looking for a combination of OpenCollective and SATs. Always gotta diversify income sources.
Also, I do believe SATs can be distributed after a group receives them. Or, a media, project, or application can set it up in such a fashion. But, I haven't looked too deeply into it yet.
What exactly do you mean by "automatically distributed"? What's the context or use case here?
