@ai6yr Yes, there are lots of places that get inundated with rain. There are definitely solutions, if the political will exists to spend the money. Alternatively they may decide to just live with flooded streets for a couple of days each year. 🤷🏼‍♀️

@mjausson Yep, given the very few days of rain we get in California, unlikely the investment (aside from easy fixes) not worth the millions.
