The US' main saving grace is the fact that most of their fascists are completely fucking inept. Trump was hands down the most useless president in history, and DeSantis is currently going to war with the company that maintains the sole reason anyone even comes to his state.

Described: Why my commie ass is ultimately more scared of neoliberals than I ever will be of fascists. Fascists do a lot of damage, yes. They are pure evil. But they are also basically industrial self-foot-shooting machines and their rulership tends to be short as the whole thing self-destructs soon.

.... But if after fascist rule, the ones who take over are Neoliberals, they have a tendency to not roll back any of the damage the fascists did, and instead keep it all, while giving the whole thing a "respectable" veneer of "we are back to normalcy".
