My cat is such a weirdo.

She follows me into the bathroom but not out. Then I leave the door open and head back to where I was before.

Moments later she screams bloody murder and sometimes I have to go back to tell her I'm still there.

At least she keeps me exercised!

I’ve just got back home from a walkabout and other than feeling a little dehydrated—it’s 25 and gloriously sunny out side—I’m excited to share all the photos I took, which might take me a few days as I have a habit of taking a lot. And I mean, a lot!

Had a wonderfully busy and fun day out today. The OH decided last night to take a couple of days off, as they’re feeling burnt out at work. So we thought to go to the mall and do what every good North American does, indulge in some retail therapy.

I came away with some music. Beyonce & Taylor Swift’s new albums.

I keep forgetting to make these lists, and also how good it feels to make them, even when feeling utterly bleh.

Here is what's really good in my life right now.

  1. My husband singing in the shower.
  2. Finished reading another spy novel last night and it was even better than the one I read earlier last week.
  3. My cat is sleeping on top of a bag I left by the door to take downstairs. Guess it needed cat hairs first 😀

Just finished reading my first spy novel in ages. Felt like one and oh my goodness it was great! Gave it 4,5 stars as the story is a bit slow in certain parts ( that's in part a pro too in others )

The book is called A Spy Alone by Charles Beaumont and I highly recommend it.
