How do I add @monocles search to Fennec (FireFox fork available in @fdroidorg )?

I tried following the instructions here:

In Settings>Search I found Add search engine>Other, but I wasn't sure what to put in the 'Search string to use' field.

You could just use monocles browser on Android.

Also monocles browser has absolutely no trackers which Fennec does have:

Tatsächlich gab es zu Beginn von monocles die Überlegung was komplett eigenes zu bauen mit Solr o.Ä.. Dann war der Gedanke mit YaCy. Zu alle dem wären leider nur mehr (finanzielle) Ressourcen notwendig. Vermutlich werden wir noch einmal etwas mit YaCy testen.
