At some point in the past few years Google Play has started reviewing all builds that are "public" including betas.
Review usually takes a couple of days, sometimes a week.
Each release channel is also reviewed independently, meaning I first have to wait to publish to testers, then wait again for the same build to be allowed to go into production.

Apple also does this, but will only re-review for testers if the version number went up.
Lately, Apple has been reviewing in less than half the time Google takes.

Steam is straight up incredible for this. I can get builds out as fast as I can compile them.

Switch is MUCH slower but also a bit of a different beast.

I've been getting reports that holedown runs slowly on the new Pixel 8 phones. As luck would have it, I just upgraded too.

It does indeed run at barely 50fps.
My Pixel 3XL runs it at a solid 60.

@marcel yeah, i've got an update coming that should fix most of these issues, but that's still a couple of days away.

it's MEGA helpful that it sends along the save and the game logs, made debugging all this so much easier.

i was just informed that you (right now) can't find subpar pool via search on the app store.
it won't show up.

you can still get to by link or via one of my other games.
any search for subpar just gives one result (and an ad) and it's some other game.
