It’s more about the fact that they didn’t have a webpage in their apple account where they could remotely log out, and the IT department had the physical computer so they had to either move to the department or give the department their personal password, which is bogus. Being able to remotely log out of the computer doesn’t seem to be that big of an ask.
I get thay the computer should remain locked if there’s no internet, but once the computer gain connectivity it should unlock if it was logged out in the user page.
I’m with you that you should be able to log out remotely, but this is more of a failure in the IT department. You should have been given a PC with the apple ID already introduced, with your company mail and some password. How would they even access your PC remotely for security udpwtes if they didn’t have access to your appeal id? Right, they didn’t. So they gave a computer they didn’t have remote access to, not properly configured, and then forced you to either move or give private information.
Oh, I assumed that you would be forced to type your password or have enough rights to install stuff in a computer, be it in person or remotely, so I assumed that whatever 3rd party program they used required to have enough access, and that apple would use the apple id as a master password, given that it’s what is being used to lock down the device itself.
Well, yet another issue with apple lol, why add a ownership id if it’s not even what gives root access. Lmao.
Apple issue then, quite the anti feature. In any case, I hope the IT team learns from it and they create a company ID or several company IDs so this doesn’t happen again haha.
Nah not really, you need to kill a main boss where you should be around that level anyway to enter the area itself. This would be quite late game if no skips are used whatsoever. But yeah, try to finish the main game before going for the dlc because you won’t really be able to play it for a while haha

Master means supreme, master piece, the supreme piece, master ball, supreme ball, master key, the supreme key. It was used in slavery because the master was the supreme entity for the slaves, in a bad way. One specific use of a word doesn’t and shouldn’t cover the inherent meaning of it and as a consequence all of its uses.
Tbh, I don’t care which name is used for the supreme branch, be it main or master because my team usually renames them to prod/uat/dev and branches as feature_etc, but saying that others are using racial slurs because they are using the old default that makes perfect sense is toxic.
I think that it’s about intolerance, some people are using a term in the intended non-slur manner, and others are intolerant about that rational desire. Even tolerant people shouldn’t torerate intolerance, so no, being pissed about people telling them to stop using the term in the intended non-slur way is not toxic.
If that really hurts you, it’s a you thing. It’s not intentional, the meaning isn’t derived from the slur, it’s not a micro aggression. You won’t like the answer, but toughen up.
30 minutes for 10 hours and all the unnecessary waste of gasoline? Hard, hard pass. In fact, I’d work so that this was punished, what a waste of a limited resource that harms the environment.
It’s not like we got the game we backed. Where’s umbra? Where’s the promised distinct campaign for the female character? Where’s the magic heavy setting? Where’s the rotating the camera to find secret paths and using our special powers to gain access to secret places? It’s all military bullshit with a demonic taint.
I also backed the kickstarter and remember what ir said. We got scammed so bad from a good game.
I’m considering switching to linux but I’m not a computer savvy person, so I wanted to have the option to switch back to windows if unforeseen complications (I only have 1 pc). Is it just a download on usb and install? And what ways can I get the product key or “cleaner” debloated versions.
Ifnyou have the money and the mono slots, buy another hard drive and install Linux there. Then, boot that drive without touching anything from the other ones. You can even load them up and use those files no problem.
Better than the standard AAA game where you get into the game suepr quick and then the more you progress the more artificial roadblocks appear, juicing the shit out of your time, sometimes with paid solutions.

Sorry but no, i know that they aren’t vague intentionally but they are not clear at all when expressing their needs.
Sorry if I implied I asked all those questions at once. It’s more of a menu where I sometimes asked one or the other. My point was that they just communicated nothing once they broke down.
Alongside teaching them not to flood you with questions when you can’t deal with them, remember to communicate what you can to them before you break down so that they don’t feel helpless watching you break down without even being able to help or know what’s going on.
As I answered in other comments, this happened mostly before my SO got diagnosed and didn’t know how to deal with it, now with therapy we both deal better with it so I don’t flood them and they don’t leave me out of the loop of their needs and wants.
but… this is not the math you see at STEM, this is the math you see at high school at best. There’s no deeper meaning in actual STEM math problems, they are way too abstract or specific. There’s no watermelons, it’s just some a, b, n1, nk… maybe some physics formulas that apply to velocity, mass… I read 0 problems in my uni math and physics courses where they used real world examples.

It’s no wonder you were misinformed, there was tons of people sputing lies when the game released.
DD2 is a very correct successor to DD1, it captures the same feel and the gameplay just seems superior in every aspect. It’s true that most people experience dragon’s dogma with the dark arisen dlc, which gave you an eternal ferry stone and kind of defeats the purpose, but the vase game had nothing of the sort.
The fact that there’s paid port crystals isn’t that big of a deal tbh, I needed like 2 total (gate town and bakhbattal or whatever’s the name) and the game gives you 3. Running around killing stuff is the game, and the other user that said that thrybhsd to travel to harpe town 13 times… Harpe town has a chain quest but you can do it all straight, I went there 3 times total, and 1 was because I wanted to unlock a class/vocation and forgot the last time.
Considering all this, I don’t think the publishers offered a paid solution at all, because the solution is playing the game itself.
All of those but AMV are really common. Amv is not. IKR might not be that common but I knew it. In any case, all of those are sentence abbreviation but amv is a noun, its different.
My point is that I shouldn’t be expected to use a search engine to understand terms of a post in a generically themed community, it costs nothing for the user to put the definition. How common the term is IS something to consider when deciding to put the definition or not. Considering that the most up voted and commented comment is about the term not being recognised, I’d say that my point stands.
MIL should have the same thing unless it’s being used in a thematic community like relationship advice. It’s common practice for a document that has shortened terms to have parenthesis with the full definition the first time they are used, and in a post thstbwould be the title or the body of the post.
