@evan What do you mean by "anti-war candidates"? People who want to let Russia do wtf they want, or people who want to send a signal that starting a war is not an option by arming and defending Ukraine? Both can call themselves anti-war, mostly the former does, but only the latter actually is. It's kinda the whole "pro-life" propaganda shit all over again.

Hva syns du om at von der Leyen åpner for å samarbeide med ytre høyre, blir Astrup fra Høyre spurt om her i EU-debatten jeg er på nå.

Det viktigste er ikke hvem man samarbeider med, men hva man samarbeider om, svarer han.

For en helt sinnsyk naiv holdning! Forstår han ikke noe om legitimering og hvordan politisk makt utvikler seg over tid, og at ytre høyre tenker taktisk over lang, lang tid?

Vel, vi vet jo at Høyre ikke forstår faren, men litt sprøtt å høre det så direkte

Jesus Christ. I just saw someone boost the most stupid, shitty, vile thing. And instead of replying I just unfollowed. Not sure if that was the right thing to do, but I have very little confidence that anyone who thinks the act of being against the slaughter of innocent civilians is helping nazis is willing to listen to any reason, especially not from a random person online.

There's noone doing more to boost antisemitism right now than the Israeli government. And I'm so glad that there are tons of Israeli citizens and jews around the world who stands up against war and oppression. Of course there are, they know better than most the horrors of it all. They do not boost antisemitism by asking the world to not allow another genocide! Saying that they do is crazy!

We have created a society where to survive a large proportion of people are compelled to spend a ton of money to risk their life and risk becoming killers, at least twice a day, every single workday! They have no other choice.

It is madness!

We have created a society where such a system is so normalized and internalized that the victims of it fight to keep it! And the more victimized, the harder they fight.

It is insane! It is tragic.

We need to change.

Is there anything more evil than religion?

You can say that this is a crazy person, most religious people don't think like this. Except that to believe in holy texts, you actually end up having no choice other than thinking exactly like this. Or just put it out of your mind and not think about it at all, but then you are still a piece in propping up a system which will inevitably produce people who think like this, with the consequences that has.
