So, the solution to slow #javascript builds is https://swc.rs/, which is made with #rust, and the solution to slow #python linters is https://docs.astral.sh/ruff/, also made with #rust.
That, combined with these days' news about #google and #microsoft investing pretty pennies in #rust, it looks like the future will be rustier and rustier.
